Aluminum molds for injection molding

Aluminum molds are suitable for cost-effective and rapid procurement of components in series material. M.TEC assists in 3D CAD data preparation and procurement of components. For filled materials, M.TEC employs injection molding simulations to ensure component quality in terms of warping (fiber orientation), allowing measures in the tool/article to be directly coordinated with the prototype tool supplier.

To reduce high investment costs, a master mold can be used. M.TEC creates decision-making bases for inquiries to determine tool and manufacturing costs.
