Systematic concept development
In the concept phase we lay the foundation for successful and goal-oriented development. We rely on creativity, methodology and systematics. Based on our systematic approach and our own research activities in this field, we are able to work out all relevant requirements at a very early stage, both for the products themselves and for the processes and equipment necessary for their realization. The focus of our work is to translate customer requirements into technical functions and to find creative, technically feasible and economically attractive solutions for these functions.
With our risk-based approach to concept evaluation, possible sources of error are detected early on, so that actions to avoid errors can be initiated immediately. For us, a concept is only approved once we have at least reviewed the critical or newly designed areas. Our particularly comprehensive possibilities in the area of simulation & calculation help us in this process.
The result of the concept development is the specification sheet, which includes the description of the realization of all customer requirements that are required in the specification sheet (VDI guideline 2519).
